  • The moment the polygraph guy accused him of attempting to derail the investigation after having not slept for 52 hours... that alone should have been used as a point his lawyer made in his defense, if possible. That is so nonsensical and blatantly wrong.

I have just now watched "Balloon Boy | The Untold Story" and now this Video and to be honest nothing seems to point to him being guilty. If everything that he says is true (which i am assuming) this criminal system is absolutely disgusting. I feel really sorry for him and his family and i wish them the best.

But even so, I've seen parents in that state of "oh fuck, where is my child", they would dethrone tyrants if it came to that in that moment. • After all these years, people still adamantly accuse this family for making up this "hoax." It's honestly hard to watch how media still continues to tear into this family. Right now in 2020, still nobody other than these videos have talked about these interrogations the Heene family was put through. Everybody still believes in the media and the fabrications they were fed. The wild inconsistencies between the interrogations are so incredibly evident of their innocence, yet no one dares to report it. Perhaps the media is simply afraid to go against their mistakes in the past, so instead they begin new reports about the Heene family "X years later" to reinforce their position. (also noticing a trend of how these new reports never go over the evidence again)

A tiny edit has been added saying he still denies it, but even that has a note from the person saying they don’t agree, they just thought they’d add it for clarity. I don’t see how people could see the actual video of interrogations and actual write-ups with their contradictions and still believe it was a hoax.

That is very, _very_ literal. *It's why my grandfather has had two strokes.* Add to that the stress, and lack of sleep? Richard was _literally_ on the verge of a potentially _deadly_ medical event... and was expected to act like a normal, non-disabled, healthy human being.

  • The fact that this whole "get a conviction by ALL means" notion reminds me of Ace Attorney, which is a game series based on satirizing ridiculously biased court proceedings, is speaking for itself. Also, the wikipedia article STILL has not been changed, being reverted time and time again due to "unreliable sources". They are deliberately ignoring that IH's videos on the topic cite sources like official court papers as well as recordings from the interrogations themselves. I seriously have to wonder if the editors who enforce this by all means possible have an agenda as well or just being obstructive bureaucrats.
